rhi was engaged to support the client with direct recruitment, in-house support, advisory services and contingent workforce management for the project.

  • rhi was engaged to work with the Project Management Teams (PMT) to support project resourcing milestones
  • Over a six-month period, rhi reduced turn-around time for resume reviewing, interview schedule and decision making:
    • resume review to 48 hours
    • interviews booked within 72 hours of review and;
    • decisions made within 3-4 days of interview
