rhi was engaged by the client to provide over $2M in services in lump sum / unit rate costs for the development of an oil sands mine in Canada, that included a spend of $3B in CAPEX. The project was developed in three phases with the first phase completed mid-2013 and included a Thickening Plant, Tailings Distribution and Power Distribution.

  • Cost Savings in excess of $50 million through IFC quantity /rate validation
  • Cost benchmarking for project budgeting/pricing and development of metrics to validate Contractor pricing levels on the Expansion Project
