Position and duties:

Carrying out re-measurement of all discipline work scopes including use of RHi's world leading software package
- Reviewing and preparation of responses to contractual claims
- Reviewing contractor's payment application
- Prepare estimates and BoAQ's
- Liase with Clients and Contractors personnel
- Houston based at RHi or Client/Contractor's offices as required with possibility of relocation to fabrication yards in US or abroad
Qualifications and / or Abilities:

Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying is preferable
- Must have experience of unit rate re-measure type contracts
- 5+ years experience on oil and gas related construction projects
- High proficiency in Excel and Word
- Requires a detailed knowledge of industry standards and methods
- Demonstrate a high level of self organization, coordination and planning
- Must be a team player and integrate easily with others
- Full passport with no geographical limitations
